CMA-The Current Market Analysis
Would you like to know the market value of your home today? I can help. Within 48 hours or less from the time I meet with you & see your home, I will have a professional analysis for you. This is called a current market analysis or CMA. The names not important...but the accuracy is.
Always get a 2nd opinion, but remember...your looking for the “real” price and not the inflated price you may get from an agent who wants the listing. It doesnʼt help you or anyone else when an agent just gives you the price that you want. This is a market and the market dictates price.
