Camelot Theater in Talent, offers a beautiful new theater, a mix of plays & musicals and is considered the breaking ground for new actors in the area. Education is key, and the Rogue Valley has it all. Southern Oregon University (SOU) is located near downtown Ashland. Rogue Community College has 2 campuses, with the main campus in Medford. There are numerous private schools, alternative schools, art & theater schooling, seminars and retreats in the surrounding area. The Rogue Valley is actually cut by “Bear Creek” which flows into the Rogue River. Interstate 5 runs through the center of it, with Medford as the largest city in the area. Ashland is the southern most city and though smaller, this beautiful town is the jewel of the valley. Ashland boasts many festivals, restaurants & art galleries.
The city of Talent is the diamond in the rough and folks from Talent want to keep it that way. Talent has itʼs own valley rich with organic farms, orchards, vineyards & horse stables. This city is Main Street USA! New city hall, library and the new Art Deco Theater building of “Camelot Theater.” Affordable, friendly, small town life with character...and only 5 minutes from Ashland.
