Greg Goebelt
Greg and his wife, Ann, have been residents and active community members of Talent for over 25 years. In addition to serving the Rogue Valley as a Realtor for 20 years, Greg co-founded the Talent Chamber of Commerce, he was on the board of the Talent Historical Society, he founded and participated in several community projects, and he’s always looking for a new way to connect with local businesses and community development. In fact, his service to his community has earned him the Outstanding Service Award (2022) through the Rogue Valley Association of Realtors. Greg is originally from Santa Cruz CA where he toured as a musician and he’s always had a passion for music, marketing and film.
Meghan McNulty
Meghan was born and raised in Ashland and she is the third generation of real estate professionals in her family. As a life-long member of the Ashland community and a part of Greg’s real estate team since 2013, Meghan knows her home town like the back of her hand. Her knowledge, expertise, organizational skills and professionalism earned her the Rising Star award (2021) through the Rogue Valley Association of Realtors. Meghan loves meeting new people, having good conversations, learning new things and traveling to new places. In her free time, she enjoys biking, creative writing, Yoga, eating sushi and spending quality time with her soulmate and family.
