Charlie will greet you with an energetic handshake and tons of enthusiasm for your project. After having designed and built 400+ homes in the valley, over the last 30 years, Charlie still loves his job! He and his wife, Mary, have lived in the Rogue Valley since 1989 and raised two kids here, Max and Kasey (more on Kasey soon). In his spare time, Charlie loves to spend quality time with his family—skiing, boating, hiking and flying airplanes.
After growing up surrounded by the construction industry for most of her life. Kasey has decided to join the family business. She has spent the last 8 years down in the Los Angeles area completing her degree at California Lutheran University and working in advertising for 4 years after that. While the hustle and bustle of advertising was fun, she is excited to get her hands dirty in the custom home industry, and ecstatic to return home to the Rogue Valley.
Ashley, our Designer, is a Southern Oregon Native with a passion for making home beautiful. She’s been rearranging furniture and hanging artwork in other peoples homes since she was a teenager. In 2015, she left her career in the medical field to design houses full-time. Ashley lives in Talent with her husband, daughter and 3 dogs. She’s a self proclaimed “fair weather outdoorsy type” who enjoys wine, concerts, road trips and spending time with family and friends.
